Yes. You can ship your own packaging materials to us and we'll use them for your orders. We also source custom branded boxes and tissue on your behalf if preferred.
Yes. We support rule-based insert logic — for example, first-time customer gets insert A, repeat customer gets insert B, or inserts based on order value or SKU. Define the rules and we configure them.
Fragile items get designated packing instructions: foam inserts, double-boxing, corner protectors, or void fill depending on the product. These are set per SKU during onboarding.
