Apparel is a counting problem before it is a shipping problem. One shirt in 5 sizes and 6 colors is 30 separate items to track. Run a full seasonal line and you are watching hundreds of them, and they never sell evenly, so a medium sells out while the XLs pile up. We track every size and color for you, ship the right one every time, and tell you the moment a size runs low.
Why apparel is hard to ship
A plain warehouse treats a shirt like any other box. That misses two things apparel brands live and die on. First, the size-and-color count: pick the wrong one and the customer gets the wrong shirt, then sends it back. Second, uneven sell-through: some sizes fly, others sit, and if no one is watching the counts you reorder blind. Our system tracks the exact quantity of each size and color, flags a variant when it sells out, and warns you about size gaps so you restock the right units, not a flat reorder of everything.
What we do for apparel brands
- Folded storage and hanging garment storage on racks
- Size and color setup with no extra fee per variant
- Poly-bag options: clear individual, header card, or branded poly
- Hang tags, price tags, brand tags, and security tags applied
- Care and country-of-origin labels applied
- Retail-ready prep: hangers, tissue wrap, presentation fold
- Kitting for bundle sets (top and bottom, gift sets, multi-packs)
Returns that go back to sellable fast
Apparel gets returned a lot, that is just the category. What matters is how fast a return becomes sellable stock again. We inspect each item, re-fold or re-hang it, swap the poly-bag, and re-tag it if needed. If it passes, it goes straight back to inventory. If it is damaged, we quarantine it per your rules. You get a damage report with each returns batch, and the faster we turn a return around, the faster you resell it instead of losing the sale.
Fold or hang, your call
Some garments should never be folded. Dresses, jackets, and suits crease and lose their look. We keep hanging rack space for exactly these, so they ship looking the way you designed them. Everything else stores folded in bin shelving. You tell us which SKUs hang and which fold, and we set it up once.
Direct and wholesale from one stock
You do not need two warehouses to sell direct and wholesale. We fill both from the same inventory. Wholesale orders ship on each retailer's routing guide, with the UPC stickers, EDI labels, and GS1-128 carton labels the big accounts require. Most major routing guides are already on file, so a new retail account does not mean starting from scratch. Our in-house print shop can also run your hang tags, care cards, and branded inserts in the same building.
