The process that turns a customer's order into a delivered package, done right, every time.

Pick and pack fulfillment is the process of selecting individual items from warehouse inventory (picking) and placing them into a shipping container (packing) before sending them to the end customer. It sits at the heart of every direct-to-consumer and B2B order operation.

When a customer places an order on your Shopify store, Amazon listing, or other sales channel, the order is automatically transmitted to our warehouse management system. A pick ticket is generated, a warehouse associate or automated system locates each item in the facility, scans the barcode to confirm the correct SKU and quantity, then brings the items to the packing station. There, the order is packed to your specification, standard poly mailer, corrugated box, custom branded packaging, or anything in between, and a carrier label is applied.

Every step is scanned and logged, creating a complete digital audit trail from the moment inventory arrives in our facility to the moment the truck leaves the dock. That systematic verification is how we maintain 99.9% order accuracy across millions of shipments annually.

Receive & Catalog Inventory

Your products arrive at our Fort Lauderdale dock. Every SKU is counted, inspected, labeled with a barcode, and entered into our warehouse management system. You get real-time visibility into inventory levels from day one.

Store in Climate-Controlled Space

Inventory is assigned a dedicated bin or shelf location in our 50,000 sq ft facility. Climate control protects temperature-sensitive products, cosmetics, supplements, electronics, and food items, from Florida's heat and humidity.

Pick to Order

When a customer order arrives through your integrated sales platform, our WMS generates an optimized pick list. Each item is located, scanned, and confirmed against the order. Discrepancies trigger an immediate hold before the error can reach the customer.

Pack, Label & Ship

Items are packed to your specification, custom box, branded tissue, inserts, dunnage, and weighed. The system rate-shops FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL in real time to select the fastest affordable carrier. Labels print, the package goes to the dock, and tracking syncs back to your store automatically.

The process works like this: the WMS displays the target item and quantity on a handheld scanner or workstation. The associate scans the item barcode. If it does not match, the system beeps and locks the pick until a supervisor intervenes. There are no overrides at the associate level.

A final weight check at the packing station catches any quantity errors before the box is sealed. Packages that fall outside the expected weight tolerance are flagged automatically. Only verified orders receive a label. Yes. You can ship your own boxes, mailers, tissue paper, and dunnage directly to our facility and we'll use them for your orders. We also source custom branded boxes and packaging materials on your behalf if preferred, ask for details at quote time.
Yes. We support rule-based insert logic, for example, first-time customers receive insert A, repeat customers receive insert B, or inserts trigger based on order value, SKU, or geographic region. You define the rules during onboarding and we configure them in our WMS.
Most of our services have no volume minimums, we work with brands shipping 50 orders a month and brands shipping 50,000. Pricing is volume-tiered, so rates improve as you scale. Contact us for a custom quote based on your current volume.
Onboarding typically takes 1–2 weeks from signed agreement to first shipment. That includes setting up your integration, configuring packing specifications, receiving your inventory, and running a test shipment batch. Rush onboarding is available for time-sensitive launches.
We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. Our system rate-shops carriers in real time on each order to select the lowest cost option that meets your required delivery window. You can also specify a preferred carrier or carrier account if needed.
