Food has a clock on it. Every bar, bag, and bottle carries a best-by date, and a customer who gets a snack that expires next week is a customer who does not reorder. We ship shelf-stable food and drink the careful way: oldest dates go out first, every lot is tracked, and storage stays clean and dry. No refrigeration or freezer needed on your end or ours.

Why food is different to ship

A plain warehouse grabs whatever is closest and ships it. For food that backfires. Send a fresh box while an older one sits in the back, and the old stock expires before it sells, straight loss. Store snacks near cleaning chemicals or in a damp room, and quality drops. Lose the lot code, and a recall becomes a scramble. We built the workflow so the dates, the storage, and the tracking all get handled for you.

What we ship

We handle shelf-stable food and beverage, rated for room-temperature storage:

  • Protein bars, energy bars, granola
  • Snack mixes, nuts, dried fruit
  • Coffee, tea, cocoa, whole bean, ground, or single-serve
  • Shelf-stable drinks, canned, bottled, or pouched
  • Condiments, sauces, specialty oils
  • Supplement powders and drink mixes
  • Subscription snack and meal-prep boxes

How we protect your dates

  • FEFO rotation. The oldest code date always ships first, on its own, no hand-sorting.
  • Lot and code tracking on every inbound receipt.
  • Expiration alerts. We flag any SKU with units within 60 days of its date so you can plan a promo instead of a write-off.
  • Clean food storage, with pest control, humidity monitoring, and no shared shelves with chemicals.
  • FDA facility registration available on request.

How FEFO saves you money

Here is the plain version. Say you have two lots of the same bar, one best-by in April, one in July. Our system knows both dates and always picks the April stock first. You never sort it by hand, and you stop eating the cost of product that expires on the shelf. When a lot gets close to its date, you get an alert, so you can run a sale or bundle it before it becomes trash.

Built for subscriptions

Most food brands we work with sell by subscription. We connect to your subscription platform, batch-ship the monthly boxes, and handle the SKU swaps that change from month to month. When a subscriber cancels or returns a box, we process it fast so your stock and your numbers stay clean. Our in-house print shop can also run your box inserts, recipe cards, and branded packaging in the same building that ships the food.
