Promo work has a shape that breaks most warehouses. The stock is branded, so you cannot just reorder it fast. The orders come in bursts, a launch here, a batch of client gifts there. And the boxes go to hundreds of scattered people, not one dock. Storing swag in your office and shipping it by hand from a spare desk works until it does not. Kitting done at scale

A promo kit is a branded box, tissue, a few items, and an insert card, assembled the same way every time. We set up the kit list once. After that, any order that calls for that kit gets the full assembly on its own, with no one pulling items by hand. That is what lets you send 5 kits or 5,000 without the wheels coming off. We can also consolidate inbound stock from your promo suppliers, often 5 to 10 vendors per campaign, into one pool, and match each purchase order to what actually arrived so nothing goes missing.

Connects to your swag store

You do not have to change how orders come in. We link to Printfection, Gatsby, Sendoso, SwagUp, and custom swag-store platforms by API or order export. Orders flow in, we pick, kit, pack, and ship, and tracking flows back to the platform automatically. Because we run an in-house print shop too, your insert cards and branded packaging can be printed in the same building that ships the kits.

Yes. We've set up fulfillment for company stores where employees or reps order branded merchandise through an internal portal. We fulfill individual orders and batch replenishment orders from the same inventory.

For pre-kitted BOMs, same-day or next-day ship once the order is received. For made-to-order kits (assembled at ship time), 1-2 business days. Setup time to configure a new kit in our WMS is typically 24 hours.

We ship internationally via FedEx International Priority and DHL. We prepare commercial invoices and customs documentation. Note: promo items must comply with import regulations at the destination country.

Yes. We receive inbound from your promo suppliers (could be 5-10 vendors per campaign), receive into inventory, and fulfill from consolidated stock. We match purchase orders to inbound receipts for tracking.
