We fulfill both DTC and wholesale orders from the same inventory. Wholesale orders ship on retailer routing guides with EDI-compliant labeling and compliance documentation.

Returns processing is priced per unit. We inspect, grade (A/B/C), repack, and return to inventory or quarantine per your instructions. Damage reports included with each returns batch.
