General

A 3PL (third-party logistics provider) handles warehousing, order fulfillment, and shipping on behalf of another business. Instead of operating your own warehouse, you outsource it to a 3PL that manages storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

Submit a quote request or call us. We review your order volume, SKU count, and integration needs and send a pricing proposal within 24 hours. Onboarding takes 1–2 weeks from contract signing to first shipment.

South Florida (Broward County). Our location provides 1-day ground to South Florida, 2-day to the Southeast and Northeast, and 3-day to most of the US East Coast.

Yes, $500/month in activity fees. Most brands shipping 100+ orders/month hit this naturally. We work with growing brands and discuss minimums during onboarding.

Fulfillment Operations

99.9%. We use barcode scan verification at pack-out on every order, items are scanned before the box seals to confirm correct items and quantities.

Yes. Orders received by 3pm EST ship the same day. Applies to standard DTC orders. Special projects and large B2B orders may vary.

Yes. We receive returns, inspect them, grade them (A/B/C), and process per your policy, restock, quarantine, or dispose. Priced per unit.

Yes. EDI (850/856/810), retailer routing guide compliance, GS1-128 carton labeling, pallet-level outbound. DTC and wholesale from the same inventory.

Yes. We coordinate with ReCharge, Skio, and other subscription platforms for synchronized billing and ship dates. We kit boxes, label, and ship the full run in your required window.

Pricing & Contracts

Pricing has four components: receiving (per pallet or carton), storage (per pallet or bin/month), pick-and-pack (per order + per item), and outbound shipping (carrier rate + handling). No hidden fees. Most brands see $3–$8 per order all-in depending on size, weight, and shipping zone.

No. We work on month-to-month agreements after onboarding. You can scale up, scale down, or transition out with 30 days notice. We earn your business every month.

We coordinate the inbound from your current provider, receive and count your inventory, and set up integrations before going live. Most transitions complete in 1–3 weeks. You don't need to shut down operations during the move.

FedEx, UPS, USPS, and regional carriers. Our volume rates are passed through to you. We recommend the optimal carrier per order based on destination, weight, and your delivery promise.

We cover the reshipping cost for any pick error on our part. Our barcode scan verification keeps errors below 0.1%, but when they happen we take full responsibility, no dispute, no back-and-forth.

Technology & Integrations

Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, and 50+ more via API, middleware, or EDI. Most standard integrations are included with onboarding.

Yes. Our customer portal gives you real-time inventory levels, inbound shipment status, order history, and tracking, 24/7 access.

Print Services

Yes. In-house offset and digital printing for product catalogs, brochures, postcards, trade show displays, marketing materials, business forms, stationery, and custom packaging. Print + fulfillment bundled = one vendor, one invoice.

Yes. We store printed inserts (catalogs, brochures, thank-you cards, discount inserts) and insert them at pick-and-pack based on order tags, SKU, or order value rules you configure.
