Standard Shopify or WooCommerce integration takes 1–2 business days. Amazon SP-API integration takes 2–3 days. EDI setup depends on the trading partner and typically takes 1–2 weeks including testing. Custom API integrations vary.
Standard integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon) are included with onboarding at no extra charge. Custom API development and EDI setup fees depend on complexity — quoted during onboarding.
Our WMS includes an order queue — orders that fail to import are retried automatically. We alert your account manager if order flow drops below expected levels. Orders can also be submitted manually via our portal as a backup.
Yes. We maintain a single inventory pool and allocate available quantity across channels based on rules you configure — reserve X units for Amazon, Y units for Shopify, with overflow rules. This prevents overselling across channels.
