Pick & Pack with Barcode Verification
Every item is scanned at the pick face and again during packing. Our system won't allow a label to print until all items are confirmed against the order. Substitution errors and short-ships are eliminated at the source, that's how we maintain 99.9% accuracy across tens of thousands of orders.
Custom Packaging & Inserts
Ship in your branded boxes, tissue paper, void fill, or eco-packaging. Include thank-you cards, discount flyers, samples, or promotional inserts on a per-order or conditional basis. Custom unboxing experiences are built into your fulfillment workflow, no manual intervention required.
Real-Time Inventory Visibility
Access live stock counts, order status, receiving logs, and shipping history through your client portal 24/7. Low-stock alerts keep you ahead of stockouts. Cycle count reports are available on demand for accounting, audits, and reorder planning.
Returns Processing
We receive, inspect, grade, and restock returns based on your instructions. Sellable units go back to available inventory immediately. Defective or unsellable items are quarantined, photographed, and disposed of or returned to you per your policy. Full returns reporting in your dashboard.
